Robert Fuller

img5A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Robert gained experience in several restaurants nation-wide before purchasing Pauline’s in 1982. While his full attention was applied to Pauline’s for many years as the chef/owner, in 1998 he purchased Leunig‘s Bistro in downtown Burlington, and has since opened a brew pub, the “Bobcat Café” in his hometown of Bristol, VT. Robert continues to be actively involved with all of his restaurants, assisting chefs and managers, planning, developing, and keeping them on track with his visions for the future.
