House Brewed Beers
Brewmaster ~ Ron Cotti
Bobcat Maple Porter
The Maple Porter begins its life as our Mud Puddle Porter, and that's where any similarity ends. Using the finest locally made grade B syrup, the porter is then spiked to achieve that sweet maple finish.
Buels Gore Black Lager
Our black lager is brewed in the German Schwarzbier style. It has rich, malty flavors with hints of chocolate, coffee, and roasted malt with a mild hop profile. It finishes light, crisp and clean.
Winter Warmer
A Belgian inspired ale, brewed with some darker malts in the style of a strong amber wit. Lightly spiced with bitter orange peel and
coriander, with just enough residual sweetness to balance it off. To be savored in moderation, available in 12oz. only.
South Mountain Stout
Deep, dark, and delicious is our South Mountain Stout. Brewed with a BUNCH of roasted and chocolate malts, it is full-bodied and has big chocolate and coffee flavors. It is lightly hopped to let the malts shine through.
App-Gap IPA
Our current batch of App-Gap IPA is a medium-bodied amber ale. Brewed with English pale and crystal malts, it is unfiltered and has medium carbonation. This IPA is dry-hopped in both the fermenter and the serving tank… you gotta love the hops.
Mud Puddle Porter
Mud Puddle Porter is a lighter bodied companion to our stout. Also brewed with roasted and chocolate malts, it has a little more hop character than the stout. This is a creamy, smooth and very drinkable dark beer.
Mount Abe Old Ale
Full body and a malty sweetness are the first things you notice followed by a warmth that stays to the finish. Not overly hopped, this beer is all about malt…and lots of it! To be savored in moderation, available in 12oz. only.
Bristol Pride ESB
Using all British Malt and Hops, this beer is brewed to the classic English Special Bitter style. It is a full-flavored amber ale, and nicely hopped.
Seasons change and so do our beers, so be sure to ask your server for our current selection…we offer 3oz draft samples for 75 cents.
All Bobcat house-brewed beers are brewed with the finest ingredients available. They are brewed with malted barley, hops, yeast and pure Vermont water…nothing else…well, maybe a little Vermont coffee, Vermont chocolate, Vermont maple syrup or house-grown hops here and there…but that's it!
